Niyi Akinmolayan Laments Lack Of Investment In Post-Production By Nollywood Producers

Renowned filmmaker Niyi Akinmolayan has expressed frustration over the lack of priority given to post-production, particularly colour grading, in Nollywood.

In a post on his Instagram story, he noted that he would like to take on more colour grading jobs, but many producers are unwilling to pay for quality post-production work.

The award-winning filmmaker also highlighted the importance of good colour grading in elevating the visual quality of films, but lamented that producers often overlook its significance.

He wrote:
"I should be taking coloring Jobs but Nollywood producers care very little about post production or the importance of good color grading so dem no go pay."
