Brodashaggi Set To Return After Months Of Silence, Thanks Fans For Patience
Nigerian skitmaker and comedian Samuel A. Perry, popularly known as Brodashaggi, has hinted at a comeback after months away from the public eye.
In a heartfelt message shared on his WhatsApp channel on Friday, the comedian thanked fans who remained loyal during his absence from shows and events.
Shaggi expressed deep gratitude to his followers for their patience and love, noting that their continued support meant more to him than words could express.
He further acknowledged the silence and hinted at personal reasons for his break, promising to return better and stronger when the time is right.
He wrote:
"To everyone who's still here… waiting, checking in, showing love, and holding me down even through the silence, thank you. I don't think y'all truly understand how much that means to me."
"Even when I haven't been able to show up the way I wanted to, knowing that y'all are still here has meant more than I can put into words."
"I wish I could tell y'all everything right now… but I can't. Not yet. Just know I haven't forgotten about you, and I haven't stopped thinking about the day I can finally come back and really be ME with y'all again. I'm hoping that day comes soon."
"And when it does, I promise I'm coming back better, stronger, and ready to make up for all this lost time."
"I LOOOOOOOOR Y'ALL SOOOO MUCH. Thank you for staying. Thank you for being patient with me. Thank you for still being here."
Refreshing your memory, The Nigerian Voice reported in March that Brodashaggi was reportedly hospitalized, owing to injuries sustained from a gunshot in the Sango-Ota area of Ota of Ogun state.
Reports making the rounds indicated that the shooting incident occurred while the skitmaker was filming with members of his crew at the Sango-Ota bridge on Sunday afternoon.
