WHAT IS NHYIRA NUAMAH INSTITUTE?
NHYIRA NUAMAH INSTITUTE is an institute established in the country to create awareness on the need to promote and develop the areas of public health, environmental health and sanitation, career guidance and counseling, and education.
The institute has seasoned and renowned consultants and technocrats to address certain problems in the country which have been left unattended to.
NHYIRA NUAMAH INSTITUTE was established on the 17th December, 2012 in Ghana by Nhyira Yaw Numah (Shadrack Nuamah)
Nhyira Yaw Nuamah (Shadrack Nuamah) studies B.Sc. Environmental Health and Sanitation Education at the University of Education, Winneba. He has held several leadership positions and as a result has advocated for students' well being and welfare. He has as well advocated for environmental protection on several platforms such as the president of the ENVIRONMENTALHEALTH AND SANITATION STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION OF GHANA for 2012/2013academic year at U.E.W-Mampong campus, a social and environmental activist on New Mighty f.m at Mampong, Ashanti, just to mention a few.
ACTIVITIES OF NHYIRA NUAMAH INSTITUTE
· Organizing seminars and workshops on environmental management and sustainability for basic and senior high schools.
· Monitoring and evaluating pupils after seminars and workshops on the right practices of environmental management and sustainability.
· Organizing press conferences where necessary on environmental and sanitation relating issues.
· Organizing essay writing competitions, debates, and quizzes on environmental relating issues of concern for basic schools and reward outstanding performing students accordingly.
· Donating sanitation logistics to basic schools and communities.

To educate, advocate and champion the awareness on environmental management and sustainability especially among the younger generation.
OBJECTIVES:
NHYIRA NUAMAH INSTITUTE is established purposely to create awareness on how to improve upon the quality of education, public health, and environmental management and sustainability, as well as undertake researches into the areas of education, public health, environmental management and sustainability, and present findings to the appropriate and concerned institutions and agencies to help solve most of the challenges.
NHYIRA NUAMAH INSTITUTE is therefore driven by three main objectives which are;
