Young Democrats expresses worry about threats to justices

Accra, March, 26, GNA - The leadership of Young Democrats has expressed worry about the penchant of the New Patriotic Party and its leaders to quickly spit fire of violence and threats to the Justices of the supreme courts.

A statement issued in Accra on Tuesday by Atukwei Quaye Sam, the Convener, said this was part of a grand scheme by the leadership of the NPP to throw darkness and evil on the peace and development of the country.

It assured Ghanaians that those who plan in the night to rain violence on the Nation do not believe in the forward march and should be exposed.

The statement called on civil society organizations, religious leaders and stakeholders of Corporate Ghana to condemn these violent attitudes, before things fall apart.

'Young Democrats will continue to support the President John Dramani Mahama and Ghanaians whose objective is to promote peace, security and the rule of law in the country." GNA
