Royalhouse Chapel International expresses condolence family of late President

Accra, July 30, GNA - Royalhouse Chapel International have received with sorrow and shock the death of President John Evans Atta Mills, describing him as a great man of faith, tolerance, wisdom and humility.

A statement issued by Mr Magnus Rex Danquah, Head of the Media Department on behalf of Reverend Sam Korankye Ankrah, Apostle-General and President of Royalhouse Chapel International, expressed condolence to the late President's wife, family, the Government and the people of Ghana.

“While we all continue to mourn as a nation, it is the hope of the church nationwide that we will strive to remain steadfast at this trying moment and united in our collective quest to provide shelter and clothing for ourselves and our families even as we lay a sustainable foundation for a brighter future for Ghanaian yet unborn.”

The statement said Royalhouse Chapel would like to restate the fruitful relationship we have enjoyed with the late president even while in opposition and as a President of the Republic.

“This was the man, President John Evans Atta Mills, whose humility could cause him to kneel and have hands laid on him by Ghanaian men of God to receive prophesies and anointing before various congregations as he never saw himself bigger even as a Head of State before the lord.”

The statement congratulated President John Dramani Mahama on his investiture as the President of Ghana and prayed that he showed the same humility and faith in the discharge of his onerous duties.
