HALLEL SCHOOL COMPLEX HOLDS 9TH GRADUATION CEREMONY
After hosting Miss ECOWAS Ghana 2011, Josephine Ada Dickson and this years beautiful delegates for Miss ECOWAS 2012, the school that has being advocating peace especially towards December's election hold a successful 9th graduation ceremony last Saturday at the Destiny Transformation center at Zongo Junction in Accra.
This year's ceremony was theme “SAVING OUR TOMORROW TODAY” and was packed with a lot of activities to get the public and parents informed about the need to save our tomorrow today. The event had pupils of the school exhibiting their God given talents through music, dance, poetry, sketch and other spectacular performances to a hall of dignitaries, parents, media, and people from all walks of life. Certificates were presented to graduants. The hall was filled with screams and cheers from parents and the public when MC's, Mrs. Patience Quao and Mr. Samuel Hagan joined the students in doing the Azonto dance in a grand class. Other activities that made the ceremony a memorable one were the crowning of Mr. Dance and Miss Dance queen, Mr. and Miss Hallel, music performances among others.
In a report read by the proprietress of the school, Mrs. Patience Lamptey, she urged all parents to support and encourage their wards in their studies especially at home and also try as much as possible give to their children the needed requirements that will help in their studies at school. She further noted that parents should cooperate with teachers of the school in other to create a good environment for both students and teachers at the school. She advised parents to report teachers who will put up bad attitude towards them or in the upbringing of their children to the school administration for it to be dealt with accordingly.
She also revealed in an interview the challenges they encounter in putting up such graduation ceremonies for the students and urged cooperate bodies and individuals for their support for such wonderful occasions for children. She said it is always good to invest in children and motivating them, giving them the challenge in their education is one of the ways we can urge our tomorrow leaders on in achieving their future dreams.
She thank parents, the media and P.T.A executives for their support and contribution to the success of the 9th Graduation ceremony of the school and hopes to see more of such support from them.
