KOKU ANYIDOHO –IS HE BUILDING A BETTER GHANA FOR HIMSELF?
We the undersigned persons living in the United Kingdom are calling on his Excellency the President of Ghana Professor J.E.A. Mills and the Office of the Chief of Staff , The Ghana High Commissioner , His Excellency Professor Danso Boafo and the security agencies of Ghana to investigate the purchase of property and other acquisitions in the United Kingdom by Mr Koku Anyidoho, Spokesperson of the president and Head of communications at the Presidency and some unscrupulous individuals at the Ghana Cocoa Board Office in the UK. We believe it is important to establish the truth and find out why at a time the nation needs resources to carry out government projects, false prophets like Koku Anyidoho while praising the President in public, are secretly and illegally amassing wealth using the Ghana Cocoa Board office in the UK as a conduit to avoid detection. We know President Mills to be a man of integrity having had the privilege of learning under his feet at the University of Ghana. We find it unbelievable Mr Anyidoho will be bold enough to engage in such sordid practices under his nose!
Our sources at the Ghana Cocoa Board Office in the UK stated that in June last year, Mr Koku Anyidoho used the services of Carlton Estate Agents, whose address is no 319 Upper Street NI in London to buy a 4 bedroom town house in Muswell Hill, in the northern part of london costing 445,000 pounds sterling. Using the Ghana Cocoa Board Office infrastructure, He has again bought a 2 bedroom flat from the same estate agents this time in West Hampstead costing 160,000 pounds . According to the agents, this property was bought on a buy to let basis, meaning Mr Anyidoho bought the house to let to tenants thus making a double killing. The address of this property is no 44 Sherriff road near West Hampstead train station in the north of london. The question we are simply asking our President and the chief of staff's office is can public officers or public officials actually use state institutions and their satellite offices abroad to buy property for themselves and is it proper to use state funds and money which should rather be used to support our National Scholarship Secretariat ,to give scholarships to the children of our hardworking farmers to go to school and support their parents rather than allowing public officials and especially an aide to the President to amass wealth for himself? How can the Presidents better Ghana agenda for all GHanaians be achieved if these kind of blatant acquisitions of properties are going on?
Ghanaians can no longer stand idle and be fools while the likes of Mr Anyidoho and others betray the hardworking President with their ridiculous selfishness. We call on Mr Anyidoho to examine himself and explain his actions to President Mills and call on the Ghana government to freeze these properties, sell them and return the monies to the rightful owners, The children of of our hardworking cocoa farmers.
Please contact us below for more details. We prefer to put our country first.
God Bless President Mills
God Bless our homeland Ghana
