In the same way, the Afrikacentric AfrikaLeadership crisis in today's Diaspora Afrika, be it in White USA, South America, Europe or West Indies, is as serious as that of Continental Afrika if not worse.

Here too, 400 years of slavery/colonialism/racism have transformed Diaspora Afrikans into the only people on earth without their own created and controlled Afrikacentric leaders of their own making or choosing .

This means, it is very difficult if not impossible for a Reverend Jessie Jackson or a Dr. Martin Luther King to be a leader of "African Americans" in USA without "white" American patronage, recognition, reward and praise.

This means, pleasing "white" America more than satisfying the needs of "Black" America.

This also means , all past and present leaders we now call " African American" leaders are products of slavery/colonialism/neocolonialism rather than Afrikan products in White USA, Europe etc.

And as such, deep down in their individual hearts, each believes the "white" lie that they are powerless as leaders without the "white" man's world or support.

And because most if not all of them have lost all notion of who they are, what they were and did before coming to the "white" man's world, most if not all past and present leaders in Diaspora Afrika think it will be suicidal for them to break away from their present White created and controlled societies or environments they live in let alone dare replace them with their own Afrikan Nation-State, Society, Govt and Leadership with the power and means to protect and defend their Afrikan needs, interests and causes even in their "white" Man world.

This explains why 99% of all past and present leaders in Diaspora Afrika who are erroneously called "Black" or "African American" leaders must all have a "white" support and base to be called leaders.

They are all must be pro-status quo of Foreign class political, economic and social Systems that exist on their carcasses of their AfrikaIdentity, Culture, Values, Power, Pride and Dignity.

That is, they all must support the slave/colonial/neo-colonial/racist political, economic and social status quo, order and boundaries that exist to keep them perpetually ignorant of who they are , fragmented , dependent and powerless in their alien, hostile, pro-Foreign and Anti-Afrikan Environment and Ways of life they have been programmed to hail and die for as “ progress, change and success in life”

This is so because most if not all past and present leaders in Diaspora Afrika have also been created, educated, trained, protected, rewarded and financed by slave/colonial/neo-colonial masters/powers to satisfy first and foremost "white" interests and needs.

Jesse Jackson knows by now that he was not elected USA president not because "Black" America does not want him but because "white" America is afraid of him or not sure if he can be controlled or kept in check when gets into their “White House “

As far as 99% of White America are concerned, it does not matter whether he is the most qualified and experienced of all the Presidential candidates.

It does not matter whether Jesse Jackson has done all "white" America has told him to do, say and think.

In spite of 400 years of sacrifices trying to please "white" America by "Black" America and leaders, past and present, White America is yet to open its door to "Black" American as President.

This means no "Black" in America can be a "national Black" leader unless "white" America opens to her or him its door.

Hence, it can open its door to a "Black" leader as President only when "white" America alone decides, wants and sees the potential "Black" Presidential candidate 150 percent harmless to its "white" interests in the "White" House.

But if "white" America alone has the Power to open the door of its "White" House to a "Black" President as its "national" leader, it can close its door at any "Black" candidate for President any time it wants.

That is why up till 400 years, "white" America is yet to find a 150 percent yes-master "Black" President to serve as "white" America puppet under the guise of the First African American President of USA.

And yet 99 percent of the past and present African American leadership crave for such an honour!

A "Black" Man in the "White" House?
To them, that will be the greatest political miracle in USA and the world, most will say.

It will also mean USA democracy at its best!
A classic example to be emulated by others, most African American leaders in USA will think and say .

Most if not all will give up everything including themselves or do anything to have or guarantee themselves the "white" acceptance or votes for them to be called the First "Black/African American" President or Vice-President or Secretary of USA .

In other words, if the success of "Black" leadership in "white" America is to be elected one day into the "White" House, it simply means Diaspora Afrikan leadership is more of Foreign-needs based and oriented than their Afrikan needs based and oriented .

And as such it cannot serve Black/African American interests in USA but basically "white" interests.

All because a "Black" leader in the "White" House can only be elected USA President because he is more "white" than the "white" people upon whom he is counting to see the door of "White" House opened to him.

This means a "Black" President in the "White" House will be more pre-occupied with pleasing "white" interests and "white" votes than with "black"

interests or votes.
Just as a "Black" American as the national chairman of a "white" Democratic Party or as National Head of USA Chief of Defense Staff or as the Secretary of State cannot change the lot of the suffering majority of "Black" Americans, becoming the first "Black" President of "White" USA promotes more "white" American interests and Western class democracy than promoting the interests of the majority of "Black" American population .

And yet, 99 percent Afrikan American leadership, past and present, still continue to believe in the slave/colonial/neocolonial lie that its salvation in "white" America depends on its continuous dependence on "white" American leadership after which most of "Black" leadership in USA is based and patterned.

The more they try to be like "white" leaders in thoughts, words and deeds, the more they are secretly rejected, ridiculed, humiliated and laughed or taken for granted .

In their 400 years of zeal to be and please the "white" leadership in USA, most "Black" American leadership forget they have the same power, intelligence and will to create their own Afrikacentric leadership outside "white" leadership and control to satisfy the interests of their people in dire need of indigenous Afrikan leadership, vision, dedication, selflessness and commitment. '

The very few of them such as Marcus Garvey, Malcom X etc. who tried to rescue "African American" leadership and people from the domination, tyranny and control of "white" leadership have been killed or isolated or bribed into silence for trying to change the slave/colonial order that keeps Diaspora Afrikan leadership and people perpetually self-ignorant, fragmented, uprooted, dependent on , enslaved by and addicted to living and dying in alien systems slavery/colonialism/neocolonialism have imposed on them .

Some other few bold and courageous Diaspora Afrikan leaders in USA who have

survived "white" persecution like Louis Farrakhan etc. could only do so under the cover and protection of a foreign religion they call Nation of Islam and for which he has been caged or contained to his utter frustration, anger and bitterness for a society he loves to hate .

That is why the very few Afrikan-based and Afrikan-controlled organizations

such as the Black Panther Party and its awakened leaders have been destroyed or kept in check by "white" power.

Likewise, in Europe, Afrikan-oriented leadership or organization in

Martinique, Guadeloupe etc. that tried to break away from French colonialism are

destroyed, imprisoned, persecuted or kept in check.

In some cases "white" leadership creates a counter leadership to oppose and block the rise or success of any "Black" leadership in USA, Europe, West Indies etc.

For example the persistent fight between pro-status quo Luther King and radical Malcom X, or the fight between Dubois and Washington, DuBois and Marcus Garvey, Jesse Jackson and Louis Farrakhan etc. remind us of the persistent manufacturing of pro-Western leaders in Continental Afrika to oppose with the support of the West real Afrikacentric leaders via Dr. Busia against Dr. Nkrumah, Mobutu against Lumumba, Samvimbi against Neto, Houghouet-Boigny and Tafawa Balewa paid to work against Kwame Nkrumah, etc. which continue up till today but now in a discreet and in a more sophisticated manner without our least knowledge.
