1. You do not have to age in life.
2. Growing old does not have to end in the partial or total decay of your physical body.

3. The Flesh, the Body, the Visible, the Matter or the Physical Part of you is also both Physical and Spiritual in origin, goal and objective.

4. When constantly tuned to her Spiritual Source within her, your Body or Flesh becomes the eternal, immortal, ageless, and eternally young, fresh, beautiful and spiritual Being that the uninitiated calls the Fresh.

5. Beyond every Fresh, Body or Matter, lies a World of Spirit with limitless spiritual Treasures that the Divinely-out-of-tune Flesh or Body cannot penetrate let alone comprehend.

6. Your Physical Self cannot wither if positively connected to her Spirit Self.

7. As the World's first Ageless People, Children of MAMAAFRIKA know and rely on this Inner Secret of Life to stay forever Young, Fresh and Ageless.

8. As far as they are concerned, as long as they learn and master the Secret of constantly letting their Body or Fresh to stay in tune to her Spiritual Source within her, they know, she can never be touched by Old Age.

9. By constantly connecting their Body to her Spirit Side or Self within them, they know the Body will be given all the Spiritual Power and Energy she needs and wants to protect, defend, renew, sustain, and beautify every part of the Body or Flesh as a Living Being.

10. Hence, to Children of Mother Continental Afrika, the Fresh or the Body is a Being, both material and Spiritual being with both outside and internal needs and wants to be fulfilled correctly and regularly.

11. The Body needs therefore both external and internal Food, Drink, Attention, Care, Love and Affection to keep her perpetually in top form, top shape and ageless.

12. Constant bodily attunement to her Spirit Source means feeding constantly your Body with Positive Words, Thoughts and Deeds that wither not.

13. Connecting your Body to her Spirit means making it possible all the time for the Spirit of your Body to send your Body Positive Spiritual Food of Love, Security and Dignity.

14. This daily Spiritual Attunement to the Spiritual Engine of your Body by her Spirit makes it possible for your Body to get all the Divine Fuel, Nourishment and Oil for her Engine of Life to work perfectly without breaking down.

15. It also means, having at all times, all her Spiritual Battery, Contact set, Plugs and all other parts of the Body in top and perfect form and in perfect functioning with high level and reliable performance for the betterment of the Body and all her parts, big or small.

16. Through this constant Spiritual Attunement or Connectedness of your Body to her Spirit, the Body as a Living Being gets the message that no matter what all is well.

17. No matter the old age, she is not bound to be aged.

18. No matter what, she, as a Body, does not need to grow old, wretched, withered, wrinkled, suffering or finished.

19. By constantly living in tune to the Source of her Spiritual Self, the Body knows, she has the Power, the Right, Duty and Responsibility to grow Ageless and that Agelessness for all lives is not only possible, it is also a Right.

20. Hence, the Divinely Attuned Body spends all her time, energy and expertise to think only Positive thoughts of her Body as being always perfect, holy, divine, sacred, and spiritual by the virtue of the fact that the Creator of the Universe, AFRIKAMAWU dwells, resides, lives and abides in your Body.

21. Besides, the daily Positive Attunement of the Body to her Divinely or Spiritual Source also makes her to utter to herself only Positive Words that encourage her to have faith, trust, confidence, and belief in herself and in the limitless Power of her Spirit to protect, defend, and save her from any forms of external decay and sickness.

22. This means, you as the Custodian of your Body and Spirit must also live in tune to your Body with Positive Words, Positive Thoughts and Positive Deeds so as to make sure that your Body, that is your Flesh in tune to her Spirit as the Visible and the Invisible Being stays constantly in tune to each other in Perfect Peace and Harmony, Love, Co-operation and Happiness as their key to mutual Immortality in Eternity.

23. In this way, both the Body and her Spirit know, as long as they both stay positively in tune to each other, no external storm of sickness or decay can rob the Body of her right to be perpetually ageless, healthy, perfect, holy, sacred and spiritual as created by the Universal Maker AFRIKAMAWU.

24. On the other hand, both the Body and her Spirit Being know perfectly well that Divinely-out-of-tune Body is a dead body.

25. A Body who does not live in tune to her Spirit Root or Essence becomes spiritually up-rooted, with no Inner Power, no Spirit or no Energy to keep her alive let alone ageless.

26. That is why, the Conscious Owner, Custodian or Caretaker of the Positively Attuned Body satisfies both the material and spiritual needs and interests of his or her Body.

27. But the unconscious owner, custodian or caretaker of Spiritually out-of-tune Body satisfies only the outside, the material or the physical needs and interests of his or her Body forgetting the basic Truth of life that the Body or Flesh is more than what meets the naked eyes.

28. The out-of-tune-Body means the making, buying and using of expensive man-made creams and lotions to decorate, beautify, protect, save, nourish or change the Body and to prevent her from decay and the wrinkles old age.

29. This external man-made attunement of the Body to the Body and not to her Spirit, includes also expensive plastic surgery that seeks to play the Divine instead of simply correcting bodily deformities or accidents.

30. But, Children of MAMAAFRIKA know External man-made body to body attunement without passing through the Spirit turns the Body into a wasted energy.

31. For, to them, a Spiritually-Attuned Body is eternally young, fresh, healthy and ageless Being.

32. Out of tune Body is a dead Body. It is an object.

33. So, no matter how much and how often you beautify, lotion or perfume externally your Spiritually out-of-tune or dead Body, it cannot save your Body from becoming and staying dead, uprooted or decay.

34. That is why, all the lotions and plastic surgeries in today's world meant to keep the artificial Body forever young, fresh, beautiful and free from decay, wrinkles and old age are yet to deliver their miracles on a consistent and large-scale basis.

35. All because, most of them ignore the Spiritual Side or Aspect of the Treatment of the Body which cannot and must not only be external-based, directed and controlled but also Spirit-based, oriented and directed.

36. For, to AFRIKAMAWU Children, Spiritual Care of the Body includes the satisfaction of both the material and spiritual needs and wants of the Body and her Spirit.

37. On the other hand, the external or material care of the Body based only on outside cares like lotions or plastic surgery cannot be total but limited to the Flesh.

38. This means, for any external care of the Body to be total and effective in preventing old age, wrinkles and decay, and so on, it must be Spirit-based, oriented and directed.

39. Otherwise, it is only a mere waste of money, time and energy.
