NADMO Sex Girl Sacked
The dismissed worker of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), Charlotte Kumi, who boasts of having a 'coca cola' shape has finally decided to use traditional means (juju) to get the justice she so-much seeks.
She said three people had already lost their lives because they victimized her.
Charlotte had made allegations of sexual harassment against her boss, Kpando District Coordinator of the Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), Christian Attor, a claim he has vehemently denied.
Not too long after revealing the ordeal she had been suffering at the hands of her boss, Charlotte was transferred to the Northern region.
She, however, refused to report for duty at her new post since she felt victimized. She therefore petitioned the office of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) for redress.
The lady alleged that her refusal to satisfy the sexual demands of her boss resulted in her transfer. According to her, she was not part of a mass transfer to Kumasi that affected most of her colleagues.
She said having been left out of the mass transfer; she did not understand why she should be singled out and transferred to the Northern Region on a salary that is less than GHc150 as a single parent of two children.
According to her, she had a cordial relationship with her boss until one day when he invited her to his office and asked her if she knew what 'missionary' and 'scissors' sexual intercourse positions were.
While shocked, she answered the first question in the negative and to the second she said yes.
She alleged her boss asked her these questions at a time he was watching pornographic movies on his laptop in the office. Mr. Attor had since denied the allegations.
Officials of the disaster management organisation disputed her claims of being victimized and justified her transfer to be part of a normal routine.
But even before CHRAJ could conclude its investigations and make its findings public, she received shocking news of her dismissal for her refusal to report for duty.
This is what has culminated in Charlotte's latest action - her decision to go to take her case to the African court (juju) for solution.
Speaking on Joy FM yesterday, an obviously disappointed Charlotte said 'because of what they are doing, the CHRAJ people, the investigators from NADMO, they too they want to do the case 'kikitibi' or something. They want to just cover the man or something.'
For this reason, she said 'I also went to my hometown and put the case in African court.'
'What I told the African court people is; the case I am presenting now is a fact, is the truth. I don't have anything bad in mind to victimize anybody.
But the whole thing is that anybody that will try to cover the case or thinking that the case is eh…something should happen to the person', she said.
Charlotte, who describes herself as plump but sexy with a Coca Cola bottle shape, said three people related to the case had already died including the daughter of her former boss.
She warned 'by the time they realize, they will go, they will continue going. If the man didn't confess the fact, they will be going.'
When the question was put to her whether she was not taking things too far now that lives are being lost, she went berserk and said 'yes because the person doesn't want to say the fact and what will I do for him to say the fact now. So, African court must start working now spiritually.'
But, CHRAJ has opened fresh investigations into her case, thereby barring the Volta regional office of NADMO from empanelling a committee to investigate the matter since it was the Deputy Regional Co-ordinator who dismissed Charlotte from her post.
'It will be easier for us to handle the matter at this level at the head office' said Joseph Whittal, head of Legal and Investigations at CHRAJ.
