ECOWAS Defence Chiefs approve Standby Force

The ECOWAS Chiefs of Defence Staff ended their three-day meeting on Friday, December 11, in Freetown, Sierra Leone with the approval of the ECOWAS Standby Force (ESF) Brigade Structure and composition.
