AL-LATIFF AMANOR EYES 2012 GENERAL ELECTIONS
The Ningo-Prampram New Patriotic Party (NPP) constituency chairman, Al-latiff T.Amanor has urged all members of the NPP to work very hard and remain faithful and loyal to the Party or face an unpalatable consequence.
In his acceptance speech as the newly elected constituency chairman, he said, this is the time for unity and peace among the members of the NPP in order to withstand the schemes and strength of the opponent.
Mr Amanor appealed to all sympathizers of the Party across the country to support the Party with their talents and resources in order to ensure that the great NPP wins the 2012 Presidential and Parliamentary seat,
He also called on all the members of his constituency to work extra hard so that they capture the Parliamentary seat from the incumbent MP. Hon. E. T. Mensah of the ruling N.D.C who have monopolized the seat since 1992.
He stated that the people of Ningo-Prampram are today feeling the crunch of the 'enko yie' government and have therefore regretted voting for the NDC. This, he said, perhaps explains the numerous call on the NPP to do their best to win the 2012 general elections adding that all the developments in the area were executed by the NPP government.
The new constituency chairman assured that he has an elaborate plan up his sleeve to unseat the incumbent Member of Parliament for the area and this requires the support and encouragement of the Party supporters.
Mr Al-Latiff observed that although some constituency elections have been successful without malice, others have registered few misunderstandings which have resulted in the cancellation of the results.
He also congratulated all those who contested for various positions in the Party and won and urged the losers to support those who won so that the Party becomes stronger to contest the 2012 general elections since there is the general feeling that the NPP is the only Party that can manage the affairs of the country
