MODERN THEORY OF WAR AND THE NEW WORLD

With the successful establishment of the New Modern Theory of War, important developments will occur in the world, such as, the ownership of the Nuclear Power being transferred from the individual nations to the World Community as a Power. The latter shall then make it available to the proper use for the inhabitants of the world that shall shield these Nuclear Power and also other weapons of mass destruction. The members of Judiciary shall employ their supreme experiences and knowledge that are extracted from centuries of accumulated wisdom to judge matters of war on this planet. It ushers mankind into a new dawn where the 'kingdom of peace' shall reign and this shall receive strong augmentation from stronger nations of the earth that shall ensure that the rule of law be maintained. War Psychiatry shall play its parts in the establishment of world peace, as it shall contribute to the treatment of those whose love for wars compelled them to disturb the peace of the world.

The purpose of the present article is to argue that the instituting of the New Modern Theory of War shall bring peace to the world. This shall ensure that the members of world community obtain the equilibrium minds that shall enable individual nations to have the opportunity to engage in systematic developments. Among other things are the following predictions to be made in connection with what will happen in the world after the institution of the New Modern Theory of War.

LAWS THAT RULE NOT INDIVIDUAL LEADERS
Once the Judiciary with the help of leaders of states establishes the New Modern Theory of War, it is the good laws that have been promulgated by the former that rule but not the power of the latter. LEADERS CAN BE CONTROLLED

In the New World Order, the laws guiding the Super Powers shall be clearly stipulated and be made open to the public. It is the desire of the New Modern Theory of War that even leaders of the most powerful nations should be controlled and be made as examples for the world to follow.

NO FAKE MEDIATORS
The world had seen the coming and going of different governments in various countries that were entrusted to negotiate for peace. This has never worked because nations both great and small had their own interests they had wanted to protect. They were dancing around these peace missions while the world waited for the peaceful solution that could lead to the cessation of deaths that were going on. It was as if the world was filled with animals that knew not what were happening around them for they knew about these manipulative tactics, yet no one dared to call attention to them. The New Modern Theory of War shall bring all these inappropriate behaviours to an end. The fact that even now the bribes being sent abroad too, to many powerful nations to block the spread of this new theory from being published and disseminated, sounds the news that the TIME IS RIPE FOR GENUINE AND AUTHENTIC PEACE in the world.

PROTOTYPE OF 'THE KINGDOM OF GOD'
The rule of law in the expanse world calls to mind the 'excellent order' that some people in this world are hallucinating and daydreaming about throughout their lives that they shall inherit it in the future. Though there is nothing like that sort outside the solar system apart from this one earth, they keep on hoping for it. THE UNITED NATION WILL BE STRONGER
There are certain people in the Christian quarters that get disturb when they see the peaceful organisation of the power of the United Nation. They usually associate this power with what some unlettered individuals (in their holy books) so many centuries, through their hallucinations and dreams, scribbled down for them to philosophise on. We human beings need to solve our own problems. If one should set down a young child to make sense of what is going on in the religious world about killings and murders for gods or God we do not see, it will appear directly to this young person that the problem is with the human beings rather than these gods or God. It high time we silenced this nonsense and allow clear thinking and the mind to rule our lives.

ORDER, PEACE, AND STABILITY
If we should summarise what are the central truths of every religion in this world, they will be seen as order, peace, and stability of our lives on the planet earth. Occasional accidents, deaths, and natural catastrophe bring sorrow into this world. These are the things we need to avoid or fight against but not us ourselves, creating these troubles in the world. Any religion that does not see these truths as central is a false religion.

In conclusion, it can be asserted that we have provided the predictions of the things that shall follow with the institution of the New Modern Theory of War. This being one of the attributes of a good theory, that is, a theory must have the capacity to predict things that could be tested. The New Theory shall change the world and make the world a better place to live and raise our children. It shall make different people on this planet to respect each other as it brings justice and equality to the fore in the human consciousness. It is true that certain people and even leaders of the world shall make several attempts to maintain the old order or disrupt this emerging order, but this will be temporary, as the time is ripe for genuine peace with the motivation from a power from above. What will happen is going to happen; and there shall be no course to be afraid, because we are not alone in this world. Sooner or later these things will be seriously considered and with modifications or without from scientists from all corners of the earth, the new earth shall come and people will hail it as the beginning of the predicted 'kingdom of God'.
