SIX MONTHS hard labour was imposed yesterday on five African men who were charged with entering Trinidad illegally two months ago.
Jonas Agbodike and David Eleko from Nigeria along with Joseph Kwarteng and Agustine Quao from Ghana were jailed by Magistrate Joanne O'Connor in the Princes Town First Court.
The men were held at La Lune, Moruga after they were found on March 12, entering the country through an illegal port of entry and failing to report to an immigration officer.
