ORC announces temporary disruption to e-Registrar services

The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has announced a temporary disruption to its e-Registrar platform following a technical issue with its Internet Service Provider.

The disruption has affected clients, businesses and members of the public who use the platform to access the ORC’s online services.

In a public notice, the ORC said its technical team was working to resolve the problem and restore normal access to the affected services as soon as possible.

The Office assured users that it would provide an update once the Internet service had been fully restored.

The ORC apologised for the inconvenience caused by the disruption and appealed to clients and the general public for their patience and understanding.

The e-Registrar platform enables businesses and other users to access a range of corporate services online, including business registration, mergers, divisions and the filing of annual returns.
