Ghana TVET Service releases interview schedules for shortlisted recruitment applicants
The Ghana TVET Service (GTVETS) has announced that shortlisted applicants for its 2026 recruitment exercise can now access their interview schedules through the official application portal.
The Service advised applicants to prepare adequately for the next stage of the process and ensure they meet the technical requirements ahead of their scheduled interviews.
In a notice issued on Thursday, July 30, the GTVETS said the interview stage will assess applicants’ understanding of their roles, problem-solving abilities and knowledge of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.
“Applicants must access the portal at the exact scheduled time, as the interview will be conducted within a fixed time frame," the statement read in part.
The Service urged applicants to secure stable internet connections before logging into the portal and recommended the use of computers or laptops to ensure a better interview experience.
It further encouraged candidates to research their respective roles and familiarise themselves with relevant information about the TVET landscape before the interviews.
“Interview questions will focus on their understanding of the role applied for, problem-solving scenarios and knowledge of the TVET landscape," the statement urged.
The GTVETS cautioned that only applicants who successfully complete the interview stage will proceed to the next phase of the recruitment process.
The Service encouraged all shortlisted applicants to adhere to the guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
