Election 2028: An Open Letter To Dr. Bawumia Over “What Tomas Said in A Pub” - Part II

Dear Incoming President,

I write to you these open letters in truth with regards to these dreams I am narrating. And they are neither fever-induced nor Tomas-inspired dreams. Instead, there’s some element of truth attached to them, and I have been dreaming about them for many years at different periods and the very first of them happened in around 1998 when I saw in a dream and the world came to an end. Which, somewhat, has subsequently linked to the current dreams.

As you maybe aware, it is a sin in Islam to tell a lie about a dream one did not see. I might have interpreted some of them wrongly but I am not forging stories as dreams. There’sa dire consequences for lying to have seen a dream.

There’s a funny story of a man who went to a dream interpreter to help him with interpretation of his dream in which he saw an elephant. The interpreter told him it means he is going to become rich for seeing an elephant in a dream. He quickly added, falsely, “I even sat on the back of it”. To which the interpreter interdicted: “then I am afraid you are going to die if you had actually sat on its back”. The dreamer immediately retorted in protest: “quickly, I jumped down!” Then the interpreter replied: “it doesn’t matter, there’s no escape my friend; you’re a dead man!” Meanwhile, the dreamer thought adding that smart lie could have increased his fortune he was purported to get for seeing an elephant in the dream. Instead, it was his upcoming death and he quickly tried to retreat when he said: “and I jumped down”.

This is because telling a lie to have seen a dream even if it were a good dream will suddenly become a bad omen and potends something calamitous for the liar.

For example, in the chapter 12 of the Qur’an, the second person of the two prisoners whose dreams Prophet Yusuf (Joseph) interpreted, had told a lie about his dream. He never actually saw what he sought Joseph to interpret for him. As a result, the meaning of the the story he claimed to be a dream instantly became bad in reality to haunt and hurt him.

The first dreamer had told Joseph that he saw in a dream and he was serving wine at the palace, and Joseph affirmed it that he will be released from the prison into the palace to serve alcohol for the king. The second prisoner merely wanted to test what Joseph was capable of interpreting, so he lied that he has seen in a dream and birds were eating bread from his head. Joseph told him the meaning was that, he shall be crucified before dust that day and birds shall eat from his head’s wounds. And his interpretation of the two dreams were sealed and stamped! No retreat. Exactly was what happened to each man.

Due to this incident in the Holy Qur’an, it is very bad to peddle falsehood about seeing a dream you didn’t see. The outcome will certainly be evil against the fabricator.

Armed with this knowledge of the consequences of telling a lie about dreams I didn’t see, I will dare not concoct any cock and bull story and claim it is a dream I have seen.

From those dreams I narrated in my previous letter, it is obvious there’s something more to them than just figment of my imagination. There’s that connection between you and I where our destinies are intertwined which is why you were/are supposed to use my KNUST SRC presidential slogan “I See A New KNUST (GHANA)” in place of of “It Is Possible”.

The point I am making here is that some of the attacks I mentioned in the previous letter and God Himself had to come to my aid directly, are not just as a result of me alone; it is because of you. Simply, your enemies want to destroy you through me, and in effect, I have also become their enemy. But the writing which I did against you in favor of the common enemy, has come to my rescue, our rescue. Affirming the previous vision I saw that I should write against you in order to be your friend. Which I had told the then Tamale Mayor, Honorable Iddrisu Musah Superior. The fact that the NDC has never remunerated me in either in kind or cash speaks volumes to this reality. They might have recognized that they were not meant for them. And had it not been the attacks by Malams of the NPP on your behalf, the NDC were never going to e required to marry the girl for me which they have refused. Instead, they have tried make my life unbearable: to cause me pain, shame, difficulties and to take away my honor and integrity (destiny). In fact, in the Zongo community where I stay in Kumasi, almost 90% of people believe me to be a thief because there’s that campaign to destroy my reputation by deliberately spreading rumors that I am a thief through unscrupulous individuals who are unconscionable enough to lie that I stole from them. It doesn’t make me sad at all. Instead, I’m happy because it suggests I am some formidable power to reckon with; which means those dreams are true. For example, I used to lead a certain mosque in prayer and I saw in a dream and some people came to tell the elders of the Mosque to tarnish my image. I later saw one of the professors whom I believe are responsible for that sorcery to damage my reputation visited the Mosque. Then I heard in the grapevine later that I was squandering the Fiisabilillahi money (Charity contributions money) of the Mosque. I quickly realized it was the dream in which some people told the elders to spread something damaging was manifesting, so I stopped leading that Mosque. I changed to a different Mosque to be a congregant, not Imam. But the Imam of that Mosque wasn’t happy when I was asked to lead Fajr (dawn) prayer on few occasions. Then I later saw through my vision and he was accusing me a thief. I thought it was because I led his Mosque, so I stopped leading it in his absence. Then he claimed later that his phone was stolen during the afternoon prayer (Zuhr). And I never prayed my afternoon prayer there that after because I was giving an audio recording to a student of Sheikhu Bayaan in Tamale about a dream I saw and Sheikhu Bayaan gave me a microphone in his Mosque, Masjidul Bayaan, to explain what slander means in Islam to his congregation. In the dream, he was slandered. Some people lied against him. I was shocked about it considering how real some of my dreams become. So, I decided to find out what is going on in Tamale about Masjidul Bayaan because I have been away for a while. My conversation with that made me late that day to go and perform my afternoon prayer in that new Mosque, and decided to pray in the previous Mosque I had stopped leading. And everyone noticed my presence and even I thought I had come to lead but I declined. Then later that evening I went to the mother of the Imam whose phone was stolen during the afternoon prayer to take my food. And she asked me in a broken Dagbani whether I saw a thief who stole her son’s phone this afternoon at the Mosque? The way she put the question, was a direct accusation. But because she doesn’t speak Dagbani properly, I thought it was harmless. But the vision I saw in which the son was accusing me a thief when I led his Mosque in prayer, crossed my mind. I decided to ask him about what he could have probably told the mother and she asked me in such an accusing way. He told me he has traced the phone to a certain house not far from what we stay but they are yet to know in whose possession it was. Then I said, “but why did your mother ask me about it as if I stole it, I didn’t even come to the Mosque this afternoon; did you tell her I stole your phone?” Quickly, he interrupted and said, “Oh Hakeem, how can I say you stole it, it is in that house we traced it to.”.

Then the following day morning I saw him with the elders of the Mosque I refused to lead because I saw in a dream and some people literally contracted them to tarnish my image. And three days later, this so-called Imam came to me in the evening that he went to some soothsayer and the soothsayer said the one who stole his phone was a person closer to him, and I am one of those close to him. He said he searched his sister’s bags, too but didn’t find it so he has come to search my room as well. Meanwhile, the phone was still traced to the same house he earlier told me about but he insisted they must search my room. I allowed them to search because I didn’t want to create any scene. It never occurred to me that it was just the search he wanted to do in order to create the impression that I actually stole something. Although they didn’t find the phone in my room, and he even went back to the same house he earlier traced the phone, but he and the elders kept spreading that I stole his phone. That’s all, and people really believe him! But I swear the Holy Quran that I never stolen anything, not his phone or anybody’s phone. In fact, my first ever phone was gifted me by someone who was happy that I returned somebody’s missing phone I found, in 2009.

As I mentioned in the first letter, I do not write to you to seek any favor or sympathy but to create your awareness, that you and I have a common enemy who tries to destroy you through me. The difficulties, shame or pain and the attack on my integrity and honor are not merely about me; it is done because you are also impacted if I am afflicted.

Their goal is to ensure the NPP never comes back to power and the dream in which I saw the Asantehene died is an eloquent testimony to it. The NPP as a party is therefore at the edge of a cliff about to fall to its death. And you are the only person capable by destiny to rescue that situation. I don’t know whether my only role was to write against you or there’s something more to be done, but I certainly have a role to play. Marrying the girl for me. And the girl is in that same Zongo Community.

Obviously, it is not about me actually, you’re the target. The desperation to shame me, dishonor me, make me suffer is just shocking.

There was also one dream in which I was locked up in a cage under the ocean and some creature came to free me. In another dream, I swam across an ocean to a certain developed country. And many others. And before I wrote my WASSCE in 2014, I saw in a dream and all of us WASSCE candidates were standing at the bank of a river. It was announced that whoever cross to the other side of the river, will pass the exam. When I dived into the river, someone caught me under the water then I mentioned one of the 99 names of Allah and I was released.

The point is that, you’re the real target but you experience a share of what I experience, hence the enemy intends to use me to destroy you. When I am not trusted, you are not trusted, if I am shamed, you are shamed, if I am suffering, you experience it in some blockade to your bid for president of Ghana. That’s why you’re required to get not just any girl married to me but that girl I saw in the dream six years before knowing her. Someone honorable. The NDC was supposed to do it but it will have affected your prospects of becoming president, and because Mahama greedily seeks third term, and God does not wish shame for me, you have been brought back. You and I are therefore like two sides of the same coin.

In one of the dreams, I saw Mahama and he wanted me to suffer, which confirms the reality and reason why the NDC never offered me anything for the writing except a Master’s degree without accommodation, stipend, stationery, research allowance nor laptop. And even the school fee wasn’t paid fully. It was simply designed to make me suffer because my suffering affects you; my pain affects you; you can’t be trusted if I am not trusted; you can’t be honored if I am not honored, and all will go a long way to affecting your presidential bid. And if you fail to win the NPP back to power, nobody would ever be able to do so. At least, until some long time to come. And it is all happening to me in the Ashanti Regional capital! The stronghold of the NPP. Interestingly, some of those spreading that I am a thief in the Zongo Community in Kumasi, claim to be former supporters of the NPP.

Just as it’s supporters and former supporters of the NPP are the people spreading rumors to try my image here so are excommunicated members of th NPP including other supporters are busily damaging your presidential bid! Fix me, and you will be fixed.

I am therefore writing to you this letter because right now I am suffering; I have been shamed; I have been dishonored by them. Not because they hate me, but that’s what they may do to incapacitate your presidential bid because what I go through affects you. I have noticed that some people try to sabotage my sustenance; when I am promised a job, I later don’t get; if I have done some job to be paid later, I either don’t get wholly paid or my payment is delayed. And when I ask for help, the person is instructed not to help. There isn’t enough space to prove this with examples. Someone has been eavesdropping my conversations.

It is the reason why you are supposed to marry the girl for me, and your days appeared numbered. You need to be quick about it. Why?

Perhaps, you may not be able to be quick about it because of what some Malams did to me on your behalf. In one of the dreams, I was shown how a certain sorcery is done. In the dream, a tortoise shell was used and some evil diagrams were drawn in it including some other things before the magic is cast on the victim. It was explained that until some time, if that magic spell is cast, the victim can’t be freed from that sorcery. I was never a victim of that magic spell in that dream neither anyone was, but I am afraid the unknown timeline you are supposed to get that girl married to me may be about that sorcery (May Allah forbid).

Now, if you are unable to do it, or refuse, God has an alternative for me. But until you also ignore me, it wouldn’t come to fruition. And I actually saw that if I don’t make this u-turn and bring to your notice what’s at stake, there won’t be any progress in my life. Hence, this letter.

The alternative is that, in one of the dreams, I saw the current Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, gave me money (to marry). And in connection with that dream, I saw in one dream and Prophet Muhammad shook my hand and mentioned me by name: “Abdul Hakeem” with an electrifying smile. Then I later saw in another dream and the IDF soldiers wanted to deny me entry into a certain developed country but upon inspection of my documents, they allowed me. There was also one dream I saw and the Israeli Prime Minister was being whipped by his own people.

Meanwhile, in the dream the Prophet shook my hand and smiled broadly, he was stopping Muslims from attacking the Jews who looked like a remnant of them.

And before the world Cup began, I saw that England was going to take the World Cup even though it was subject to change. Becausefore the semifinals between England and Argentina, I saw that England won’t win the world cup again because of the British Parliament proscription of Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corp as terrorist organization.

Now, in 2019 when I just started my National Service, I saw that God is going to save me from two dangerous situations like the way a certain fowl cheated death when it crossed two oncoming vehicles. I believe those two dangers are what the NPP did to me at the time I was writing against you, and what the NDC has done to me right now which is why you are supposed to come to my aid strictly at your own discretion and liberty even though it will be suicidal and self destruction if you don’t come. Because, as I indicated earlier, it is not me per se they are fighting; I am a means to an ends, which is you.

Largely because there’s some sort of destiny I have with you which has been explained by the dream in which you gave me the calabashes; the dream in which I was leading you and Akufo Addo in prayer; and there was also one dream in which you called me to your office but I left.

I am not a Muslim Zionist, but I believe the Jews deserve a state of their own in order to prevent another Holocaust of Jews although I strongly disagree with their modus operandi to getting a state of their own.

The dream in which I saw the Prophet stopping Muslims from attacking the Jews, suggested no Muslim country should have attacked Israel because of their operations in Gaza. I wrote to the Turkish, Iranian, Qatari, Saudi governments what I saw, and so they should not attack Israel. This was before the 12 days war between Israel and Iran.

However, when I didn’t get response from them, I wrote to US State Department, and the Office of the British Prime Minister to inform these Muslim countries on my behalf what I saw in a dream and the Prophet did (Our Prophet said Satan can’t impersonate him, and so if we see him in a dream, it is he the Prophet we actually saw and that dream is true) . Hence, Israel must not be attacked by any Muslim majority country, no matter what they are doing in Gaza.

It was the Office of the British Prime Minister which responded but said it couldn’t meddle in the affairs of other sovereign countries. I believe the response they gave was the reason I later saw that they will win the world cup.

So, the finals was going to be between England and France due to repetition of history two decades ago when the finals of world cup 2006 was between France and Italy, and Italy was Ghana’s Group member. England being Ghana’s Group member in 2026 and Italy didn’t qualify, was therefore representing Italy. You see that the scoreline of France vs England for the third place was like a penalty shootout scoreline. That’s because their scoreline mimicked the scoreline for France vs Italy in 2006 World Cup Final which went to penalty shootout.

Basically, France and England were supposed to play the 2026 World Cup finals but God changed it in favor of Spain against Argentina. So, Spain took the World Cup because of the British Parliament proscription of IRGC as terrorist. God might have favored Spain because it’s the only Western country which speaks against US and Israel’s attacks on Iran.

It is very complicated to explain, your Excellency. Fundamentally, what happened to England will happen to you if you ignore this proposal and wise counsel. Please don’t become the 21^st century Shylock I mentioned in the first letter.

I believe you know the parents of the girl already. In fact, they seem to have identified me before I saw it was that same girl I saw six years earlier in a dream without ever meeting or knowing her.

God will use the writing I did for Mahama to protect me from them; and use the same writing that was against you to help you do it. Unless you also did something against me, which will require my forgiveness before you can go ahead.

A vulgar Dagbani proverb says that the hen which pecks at the boy-in-the-boat (clitoris) of a toddler, must not complain upon realizing it was not a grain of bean or maize if the toddler girl didn’t say anything. Although I was a victim of your Malams’ attacks despite knowing I was supposed to write against you for our common good but I have forgiven you from the cockles of my heart. If you refuse to forgive, know that I am like the clitoris: I have never been perturbed by the smell of urine! And when you remove me, you lose the pleasure.

Please, note that a lot can’t be said here but I do know where the theft accusation is coming from. It involves sorcery where someone hard used my image to commit theft at KNUST on September 2, 2021. It was on Thursday.

Your other challenge is to expose the true identity of the person masquerading as me. I never stole anything! It’s your integrity those who did it sought to attack. May Allah deliver us from every form of evil He has created and from men and jinn.

I also want you go know I am not mentally sick. One other accusation leveled against me is lunacy where the same people who are spreading that I am a thief, also slanders me a mad person. I am very much alive and kicking upstairs, very mentally sound. Being celibate at 34 may have its own psychological consequences but none of this dreams is a product of psychological problems due to my celibacy at 34.

It was through the same visions I saw that the Flag bearership race of the NPP in November 2023 was between you and Kennedy Agyapong when everyone thought it was you and Alan. God had allowed Kennedy Agyapong to contest you and gave you fierce competition because of what unscrupulous Malams did through sorcery to slander me a bastard when I am not. And because I am not, you are not also a bastard as I earlier interpreted.

For seeing that vision, initially, I thought you are also the B-word which Kennedy Agyapong himself confirmed in an interview with Nana Aba Anamoah in 2015. But I think God wanted you to see what Kennedy Agyapong could do even despite his birth circumstance.

By the way, do you know the government had recently passed the so-called DNA Test Bill because of you? It was an attempt to insult you. Buy the dream in which Sheikhu Bayaan wanted me to explain to his followers what slander in Islam means because he has been slandered indicated that I was also slandered and so you have been slandered. His student I spoke to disclosed that Sheikhu Bayaan was insulted and slandered a bastard.

Many Muslims don’t know that marriage in the sight of Allah is not limited to the music and dance, wine and dine we mistaken as the marriage union; it is partying because of marriage ceremony. And all marriages are considered valid whether in the Shrine, Synagogue, Church, Mosque, or just mere statement giving by the guardian of the woman. That’s why in Islam it is forbidden to jokingly give your daughter’s hand in marriage to someone. She instantly becomes the legally wedded wife of the person although subject to certain customs based on availability. Dowry, witness, prayer, publicization of marriages are all purely based on availability. Thus, once the parent or guardian of a girl offers her hand in marriage without these traditions yet (dowry, party etc) the lady is your wife and intimacy or childbearing with her is not a sin nor illegitimacy.

Those whose parents couldn’t afford the music and dance, wine and dine but got married in the solitude of their financial predicament by means of kind words, were never born out of wedlock. Those kind words of giving and acceptance essentially was the nuptial knot tied.
