Simon Akibange Aworigo ranked 4th best performing Member of Parliament by Global InfoAnalytics
The Member of Parliament for Navrongo Central, Simon Akibange Aworigo, has earned national recognition after his constituency was ranked fourth best in Ghana in the latest parliamentary performance survey conducted by Global InfoAnalytics.
According to the survey, 93% of respondents rated the performance of MP Simon Akibange Aworigo as Excellent, Very Good, or Good, placing Navrongo Central fourth on the national ranking behind Nsawam/Adoagyiri (98%), Tolon (94%), and Tain (94%).
The findings further show that 5% of respondents rated his performance as Average, while only 1% described it as Poor or Very Poor. Impressively, none of the respondents indicated having no opinion, reflecting a high level of awareness of the MP's work and engagement with constituents.
Navrongo Central outperformed several constituencies across the country, including Offinso North (91%), Kpando (88%), Tano North (88%), Twifo Atti Morkwa (86%), and Old Tafo (85%).
The ranking highlights the confidence many constituents have in the leadership and parliamentary representation of Simon Akibange Aworigo, whose tenure has been marked by efforts aimed at advancing development and addressing the needs of the people of Navrongo Central.
Global InfoAnalytics, one of Ghana's leading research and polling organizations, conducted the survey to gauge public perception of the performance of Members of Parliament across selected constituencies. The findings provide an important measure of constituent satisfaction and parliamentary effectiveness.
The latest ranking is expected to further strengthen confidence in the work of Simon Akibange Aworigo while encouraging continued commitment to effective representation and constituency development.
