Mahama grants audience to UAE Foreign Minister, discuss energy investment opportunities

President John Dramani Mahama has held discussions with a delegation from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) led by the country's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The meeting, which took place at the Presidency on Monday, focused on exploring investment opportunities in Ghana's energy sector and strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.

According to a statement from the Presidency, the UAE delegation's visit formed part of efforts to deepen cooperation and identify areas of mutual interest between Ghana and the Gulf nation.

The engagement is expected to advance discussions on potential investments and partnerships aimed at supporting Ghana's energy development and broader economic growth.
