Hasaacas maintain home grounds
GT Premier League campaigners Sekondi Hasaacas will maintain the Gyandu Park as the venue for their home matches this season.
The ?Giants of the West? were asked to honour home games at the GSTS Park in Takoradi before the start of the season but the absence of an inner perimeter has precipitated the change.
Ghana Football Association (GFA) rules require a 10-day notice for a change in venue.
A GFA statement on Friday confirmed the change in venue.
The Ministry of Science, Education and Sports had declared the Gyandu Park, a training turf for the next month?s African Cup of Nations, unready for competitive football.
The pitch was being prepared for the tournament which starts on 20 January.
But the alternative venue is seat-less and has no inner perimeter to deal with the partisan and never disappointing home crowd.
