Asantehene decorates Prophet Uche with gold coin at 27th anniversary Gala

The Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has honoured Ghanaian preacher Eric Uche Boahen, founder of Reign House Chapel, at the World Meets in Ghana Executive Gala.

Held at Manhyia Palace on Friday, April 24, the recognition forms part of activities marking the 27th anniversary of the Asantehene’s enstoolment.

Prophet Uche, known for his prophetic ministry, was recognised for his increasing influence in the religious space and his contributions to youth empowerment and community transformation.

He was presented with a commemorative gold coin to mark the milestone.

The event brought together key figures from the political, traditional, religious and business sectors to celebrate the Asantehene’s role in promoting peace and development.

Notable personalities honoured at the event included President John Dramani Mahama, former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Others honoured were Nana Kwame Bediako, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, Alex Apau Dadey, Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin and Inspector General of Police Christian Tetteh Yohuno.

Held under the theme “Advancing Peace and Sustainable Economic Development Through Royal Vision,” the gala highlighted contributions of individuals promoting unity and national progress.

The event was organised by the Diaspora Affairs Office at the Office of the President in partnership with EON3 Group.
