The Division One League of the GFA has expressed delight at the level of competition in the special Middle League, and has urged both clubs and officials to sustain the spirit as the contest enters its second day today.

Kwame Ntow-Fiako, Chairman of the DOL Board, said he was delighted that the first day's matches went without hitches from the participating clubs and wished the clubs well in the individual endeavours.

The competition enters its second day today as surprise leaders, Fair Point, take on Zaytuna at the Ajax Park at the University of Ghana, Legon, while bottom side, Seven United, play Hotspurs at the El-Wak Stadium in the other match.

Despite last Tuesday's results which saw Hotspurs and Zaytuna draw, while Seven United lost to Fair Point, all four sides are within qualification range.

But Fair Point could wrap it up early if they sustain their strong advantage with a second win, and the other match fail to produce a winner. Both matches will start at 3 p.m.
