Today, that contract sits at the heart of a legal and civic storm. The Attorney-General has leveled charges against former NSB Director-General Kwabena Adu-Boahene, alleging non-delivery of the system. ISC Holding, however, asserts full delivery and operational readiness. Inventory records from the National Security Secretariat suggest otherwise.
