Profiting From Destructive Galamsey Menace?

During the 2024 electioneering campaign, the ndc, led by John Mahama, engaged in reckless partisan political bigotry, vis-a-vis the fight against galamsey, by taking to unimaginably nonsensical level, their lies and deceitful characteristics, for the purpose of hoodwinking Ghanaians.

John Mahama and many of his current cabinet ministers stood on campaign platforms and shouted themselves hoars to the point of risking scrotal hernia, for immediate declaration of state of emergency to curb the galamsey, and said HE Akufo-Addo of doing nothing.

Messiahs
They nonsensically accused Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo personally being involved in galamsey, and claimed all activities in that destructive sector were being done by only members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). They portrayed themselves as Messiahs to deliver us.

They swore by the grave of their ancestors to repeal LI 2462; banish galamseyers from within the territorial boarders of Ghana; and restore our ecological system to the status of Garden of Aden, all within the period of 100 days in office. Infact, Ghana was to become paradise on earth.

Today, these people are in power, but have decided to engage in despicable verbal acrobatics and pussy-footing about mouthwatering promises spewed on campaign platforms. They have taken on the character of shameless dogs frantically eating back their vomitus.

Worse turbidity
Our turbidity of our water bodies are much worse than it was in 24, that these ndc liars claimed was bad. Today, Ghana Water company Limited is shutting down numerous treatment plants across the country, due to terrible turbidity. My own Kwanyako headworks is closed.

Only last week, officials of Ghana Water Company (GWCL) told the Ghanaians that, the volume of water they used 4bags of chemicals to treat in a month, only a year ago, they currently use the same 4bags weekly as a result of massive pollution of our rivers by galamsey.

Gallant 8
Indeed, the sad and unfortunate demise of our nation's 8 gallant and highly promising citizens in that doomsday helicopter crash, to a large extent, could be blamed on John Mahama; those deaths could've been avoided, had he stood by his promise and declared State of emergency.

His pussy-footing over promises he made, was what led to that needless launch of a program in Obuasi, that in actual fact, was already in existence as COMMUNITY MINING, which only needed to be continued. They major in promises of intellect, but deliver incoherent rumblings.

John Dramani Mahama, his appointtees, and party FOOL-soldiers are always claiming 9 forests which were, otherwise, no-go areas because they had been taken over by galamseyers, have been recovered, the destroyed areas reclaimed, and forest cover restored.

I see and hear them recite such palpable lies on media platforms with eloquence of kindergarten kids do with nursery rhymes. So I ask: what are the names of these 9 recovered forests, where in Ghana are they located, and identities of galamseyers that besieged these forests?

Table manners
The regime-change ambassadors in the media, the legion of pseudo security experts, the battalion of duplicious neutrals, the platoon of political prostitutes&pimps, and demonically dishonest academics who led the vociferous chorus in demanding a State of emergency, are all silent.

Obviously, these nation-wrecking liars are currently aboard the juicy John Dramani Mahama gravy train, and dutifully observing strict table manners. Their bellies are now filled to the brim with their chronically seared conscience terminally calcified beyond redemption.

Don Diego
Again, we are always being told that the Sammy Gyamfi-led Goldbod is performing miracles with boosting gold piles to levels never seen since the days of Don Diego d'Azambuja. But we know the big Mining Companies don't sell their gold to government of Ghana.

What the State of Ghana earns from operations of big Mining Companies are taxes and royalties. So, if Goldbod is purchasing gold in quantities never seen anywhere on earth, then Ghanaians need to know: from whom these purchases are being made, and respective quantities.

Transparency
In other words, the good people of Ghana, in the name of transparency, must be informed by Goldbod, with facts, figures, and records, names of mining companies from whom these enormous gold are being purchased, together with the evidence of quantum from each of the companies.

This information is key to dispell the cloud currently hanging over Goldbod that they are making purchases from galamseyers, and therefore fueling the menace with it's resultant cataclysmic impact on our rivers, water bodies, forests, and environment in general. We are waiting!!!
