IERPP to hold press conference on President Mahama’s 120 days in office

The Institute of Economic Research and Public Policy (IERPP) is set to host a press conference to evaluate President John Dramani Mahama’s first 120 days in office.

Scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2025, the event will provide an independent assessment of President Mahama’s performance since the National Democratic Congress (NDC) returned to power.

A flyer detailing the date, time, and venue has been released by the think tank ahead of the event.

Prior to the December 7, 2024 elections, then-candidate Mahama made a number of campaign promises to be fulfilled within his first 120 days if elected. The IERPP has since reviewed these commitments and will present its findings during the upcoming press conference.

The event is themed: "The 120-Days Accountability Showdown: Are We Resetting or Repeating the Past?"

Media outlets are expected to cover the proceedings, which will also be streamed live across various social media platforms.
