The Important Of Teachers To Society
Teachers are the master builders of destinies and societies. Who are teachers? Teachers are those who impact or teach by using their technical, creative, motivational, and inspirational skills to mold the minds of people. People are inspired and motivated to do what they are doing through the teachings and mentorship of teachers. People become what they know and understand from the training and teaching of teachers. The most difficult work for anyone to do is to teach. The reason is because every human depends on the teachers to build the foundation of their child or children to become impactful in society. There are so many responsibilities the teaching career carries. Without the medium of teaching, no one can know and become what he or she wants to be.
Teachers have the propensity to either build your dreams or make you kill your dreams and passion. One of the most essential parts of the human body is the human mind or brain. Without the effective function of the brain, no man can work effectively. Teachers are the developers of the mind. They make you think the way you should think. Teachers are the tools of progressive change in the society. The very first medium to change a society is to change the minds of its citizens. A change of mind is a change of attitude and behavior. A developed society without a developed mind will end up in frustration and setbacks.
The intelligence strength of a student tells how well he or she was well prepared; how solid a child or children's foundation is, determines how well the teacher prepared his or her students. But it takes understanding to stand up in life, to stand at the top, and to remain at the top in life. Understanding takes away fear. Understanding is what proves that one knows a thing to the best, and teachers are the access way to understand what one does not know. Teachers are the way to progressive change in a society. They are the branders and rebranders of minds. Teachers are the prime of society, human empowerment, and capacity development. Nothing prompts assignment for results than insight, and it is insight that makes an impact and for one to be a reference of cite.
The first and most productive career in human history is the teaching career. It is the teaching career that brings to birth every other career. A great leader is a teacher of experience and example. A teacher teaches what he or she knows, understands, and practices effectively. That means, a person who teaches what he or she only knows and doesn't practice, is a lecturer. What makes a teacher's work very easy is his experience and his critical analysis of what he has studied and observed. Many people think that the teaching job is a very easy job for survival, no! Let me inform you today that there is no easy administrative job in the world. In fact, administrative jobs are the most technical and critical jobs to be involved in. The teaching job is not an alternative, whereas those who have studied from different fields go to teach just to get money till what they hope for comes to fulfillment.
A great teacher teaches with passion, he or she never lacks the energy of what to do and they always feels happy about imparting knowledge. The greatest legacy anyone can leave on earth is to impact positive values into others. Teachers are Like farmers who sow and expect harvest. The good thing about their harvesting is that, it is the society that harvests what they have sown and not themselves particularly. They are very influential and light to the society, opening the intellectual eyes of the people. Teachers multiply themselves into different fields of study to help society. The greatest weapon of a teacher is communication; oral or written. Communication is the way of disseminating or passing on information from person to person. Teachers’ main source of investment is in knowledge. This means, that they invest in purchasing books, studying, and impacting knowledge on to others.
In order for a teacher to communicate effectively, he or she must be involved in reading and studying. Reading and studying is like saving money in a bank for an appropriate use. It makes for information to flow out effectively with speed from the person. A good reader or studious person should be a good writer. Investing in reading and studying is to escape ignorance, misinformation, and disinformation. Being informed makes for one to be rational and logical about issues of concern. Studying is what steps one up from where he or she stands. A studious teacher is a ready teacher. Information without proper presentation is a complete noise. Teachers are gifts from God to our societies.
Any great nation around the globe invests in the teaching field and releases some of its best brains to help mold the minds of those who may take over from them. A nation that refuses to develop human capacity but focuses on material and infrastructure development will end in vine and frustration. Transmission of the human mind is the transformation of society. Teachers are built with the capacity and have the ability to influence the minds of the young ones. Teachers seem happy whenever he or she see his or her students walking in the light of what they have taught. The greatest desire or achievement of a teacher is to produce his or herself into students. A great teacher does not teach purposely to make money but to make people of positive change.
The easiest way to build a society is to develop teachers to train the young ones. A well-developed society is determined by how well the people are trained appropriately. The quality of the society is determined by the quality of the teachers. Teachers are positioned in such a way to bring transformation to humanity through their teachers with motivation and inspiration. Teaching is a gift and it has a special kind of grace. Nothing essential can be done in any nation unless the issues of teachers' preparation are settled. There is no future and field of study that will be successful unless it passes through the teaching hands of teachers. The teaching career is so important to the point where other professionals may make mistakes and destroy lives but teachers' mistakes damage life and destinies. The biggest frustration of leadership is not the present leaders but the one to take over from the present. That is why focus needs to be put on the one to take over in teaching and preparing them.
The greatest gift a teacher can give is to pass on knowledge and the greatest treasure a teacher can leave for his generation is to multiply his or herself. We are in a generation where anyone can do anything at any time. The betterment of a society depends on what steps teachers take to live and find solutions to society's crises. It is hard work that puts a stop to hard life. We live in a generation in which the young ones so desire things but do not know how to get them. If the teaching career will not be an area of prime focus, society will continue to live in calamity. The Worst thing a teacher can ever do is to not pass on correctly the mandate in preparation for the next generation. Teachers do not only labor for the now but also for the future. One of the best help one can give his or her nation is to invest into their educational system. Teachers are the model of the next generation.
Teachers are the most powerful influencers because they are built and have the ability to influence the minds of people and the next generation. That is the reason people are the reflection of their teachers. No nation can progress above the knowledge teachers transfer to people and the next generation. Teachers are called to affect and build lives. It takes time to mold a life in the right way possible. The way a teacher can maintain his or her legacy and impact is by passing it on. If one is being taught to be transformed and is not being transformed, it will be a worthless teaching of transformation. A teacher cannot pass on what he doesn't have. What he or she has is what they passed on to the next generation. The authority of a teacher is in his experience and the character he or she possesses. A teacher shall be a person of integrity and potential. A teacher shall be a person of passion and vision. He or she is the real solution to the crisis of society.
Students adapt the behavior of teachers, particularly the one they have more interest in as mentor. Any young person that is not prepared properly, they are crippled for life. Every student reflects what has been taught to them through their teachers. Example: plants and animals produce after their kind. It is as the same with teachers and students. How well a teacher is transformed shows through his or her students. A good teacher will produce good students and such enable the society to be good for living. Teachers are the liberators of destinies and restorers of hope and confidence. The proof of effective learning is through behavioral change. If what one has learned cannot be proven through his behavior, that means he or she doesn't learn well. Teaching helps to make people know and understand what to do in order to live a good life. To readjust the young ones, teachers are the only best way. There have been any who have thought that the teaching career is a poverty field. Not knowing that the focus of teachers is to make men of relevance and impact. Every professional is a product of the teaching career.
In terms of learning, students believe their teachers than their parents even when their parents are more educated than the teachers. A good teacher doesn't just teach but also transform what he teaches into his lifeclass. Nothing motivates and inspires a teacher than to impart knowledge. The more one seeks to teach the more shaper he or she becomes with creative skills. The greatest privilege to teach is to reproduce yourself for generational impacts. Teachers prepared men for the task that lies ahead of them. Teachers are called to train the next generation of prospects. Teachers do not only teach notes that have been prepared, but they teach the whole person. The failure of a teacher will be shown in the rate of students he or she produces works in the society. What a man value determines the quality of life he lives on earth. The most appropriate person to impact positive values into the next generation is teachers. Teachers should be the only ones to trust in building your child or children's future. No nation can ever be greater than the teachers. The reason is, what is practicalized in the society is what was taught by teachers. Teachers can not teach effectively what he or she does not know and understand. He or she must be master of what they teach. The most powerful agent of change in the society is the teachers.
Teachers are instrumental in shaping the future of society by nurturing the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators.
