NDC primaries: Sam George retains Ningo Prampram with 1036 votes
Samuel Nartey George, the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo Prampram, has retained his slot in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary primaries held on Saturday, May 13.
This win puts him in a strong position to contest the parliamentary elections in 2024.
George won the primaries with an impressive 1036 votes out of the total 1,700 votes cast beating his closest contender, Michael Kwetey Tetteh.
The win was met with jubilation among his supporters and party faithful in the constituency.
