Arise Again And Rebuild
I. MY BELOVED SISTERS, the assurance today is that you have not been forgotten. It is time to rise up again. Too many of us have been sitting in places we were never meant to stay. Too many have been dwelling in foreign lands, foreign habits, and foreign mindsets and wondering why there is no peace. But today God is sounding a trumpet in Zion: ARISE! Not tomorrow, not when conditions are perfect, but now! Because the same God who called the prodigal son home, who moved four lepers to act, who stirred Nehemiah to rebuild, and who strengthened David in the wilderness is still saying to you, "Rise up again.” In Luke 15:18 the prodigal son reflected and concluded on the need to go back: "I will arise and go to my Father and will say to Him, 'Father, I have sinned...'" The prodigal son did not die in the pigpen; he regained his senses. That is the first miracle of restoration, clarity. He remembered whose son he was, and he remembered that in his father’s house there was bread. Some of us have overstayed in places of regret, addiction, shame, delay, and compromise. We have normalized exile, but exile was never meant to be your address.
II. MY DEAR BROTHER, this is the hour to do three things the prodigal son did:
First he decided and concluded that "I WILL arise"; secondly, he acted by making a move, "got up and went back to his father’s house"; and thirdly, he acknowledged his sins and confessed, "Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you." Do not wait for a perfect apology; get up and go with a sincere one. Remember that God is not waiting to punish you; He is waiting to embrace and welcome you back home. WAKE UP! ARISE! AND GO BACK TO YOUR FATHER. Take that decision now, for restoration begins the moment you turn your feet toward home. In 2 Kings 7:3 scripture reveals to us the actions of the four hungry lepers: "Now there were four leprous men at the entrance of the gate; and they said to one another, 'Why are we sitting here until we die? Brother, the question is, why are you sitting there until you die? Sitting has become a culture; sitting leads to prayerlessness, sitting in silence while the family breaks, and sitting in offense while the vision dies. Now is the time to turn around and act.
III. SON OF MAN, the revelation of the lepers teaches us something profound: there is a time to rise alone, and there is a time to rise together. They did not wait for a prophet; they did not wait for a miracle to fall from the sky, but they reasoned together. Your family was not designed to survive as individuals, and your church was not designed to advance in isolation. Today, God is calling us out of individual survival into corporate movement. Begin at home today: Why are we sitting when we should be praying together? Why are we quiet when we should be planning? Why are we waiting when God has already opened a door? The famine outside will not be solved by comfort inside the gate. In 2 Kings 7:4 scripture revealed to us a pragmatic and decisive decision by the lepers: "Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians; if they save us alive, we shall live, and if they kill us, we shall but die." Sister, you must take that bold decision and radical decision. Look at the lepers; by society’s standard, they were disqualified, sick, outcast, and powerless. Yet in their limitation they made a faith calculation: Doing nothing guarantees death, but moving in faith creates possibility.
IV. DAUGHTER OF ZION, perchance you are focusing on your handicap, your background, your past failure, or your empty account, but these do not limit God.
Faith is not the absence of risk, but choosing to move with God when staying still is more dangerous. They said, "If we live, we live. If we die, we die. But we will move." That was the spirit of Esther; that was the spirit of Daniel; and that is the spirit God wants to see you portray daily. Do not limit your abilities, for you are well able to overcome, not because you are strong, but because the Lord your God goes with you. In Nehemiah 2:18 the prophet encouraged the people: "Let us rise up and build." So they strengthened their hands for this good work. Today, I am encouraging you to rise again. In 1 Samuel 30:6, "But David encouraged himself in the Lord his God." Brethren, Nehemiah did not build alone; he told the truth, he cast the vision, and the people answered, "Let us rise up and build." Sometimes God will place you as the source of encouragement for others. Other times God will call you to encourage yourself in Him when no one else will. This is a DIVINE NEW DAY PROPHETIC WORD of encouragement sent forth through the authority and power of Christ Jesus and delivered to the brethren through God's vessel, Francis Ameyibor. Yes! This season is a rebuilding season; rebuild the broken walls of your prayer life. Rebuild the broken walls of your family altar; Rebuild the broken walls of your business, your integrity, your community, and your nation.
V. 2026 IS OUR YEAR AND SEASON TO BE LIFTED UP—So I declare over you today: Yes, I arise today and rebuild, not in my strength, but because the Lord is with me.
PRAYER: Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, I will rise up again. Let my heart return to You. Let my family rise up again in unity, love, and the fear of thee. Let my business rise up again with wisdom, favour, and open doors. Let my church rise up again in holiness and power. Let my nation, Ghana, and the nations of the earth rise up again in righteousness and purpose. In Christ Jesus’ name I pray, AMEN.
