'Lilwin and I have personal issues, we only pretend to be cool in public' - Kwaku Manu

Ghanaian actor and comedian Kwaku Manu has opened up about his relationship with fellow actor Lilwin, revealing that the two have personal issues despite appearing cordial whenever they meet in public.

Speaking during an interview on ZionFelix TV, Kwaku Manu explained that although they may appear to be on good terms publicly, there are unresolved matters between them that they deliberately keep away from the public.

According to him, their public display of friendship does not necessarily reflect what happens behind the scenes, as both parties have chosen to keep their personal differences private.

“Lilwin and I have personal issues. We only pretend to be cool in public,” Kwaku Manu said.

He explained that they sometimes act as though everything is fine when they are in public because they do not want their private disagreements to become a subject of public discussion.

Kwaku Manu further disclosed that he became particularly upset after Lilwin mentioned his name in one of his movies.

According to him, the mention resulted in people repeatedly approaching him and asking questions about when he would meet or reconcile with Lilwin.

He said the situation became frustrating because the constant questions from the public affected him and placed unnecessary pressure on him to address a personal matter he had deliberately chosen to keep private.

Kwaku Manu suggested that some issues between the two actors are better handled away from the public eye rather than being turned into entertainment or speculation.
