MOG Music Sells Family Cars to Fund Historic Wembley Concert
Gospel musician MOG Music has revealed that he and his wife made a major personal sacrifice to support his upcoming headline concert at the OVO Arena Wembley in London.
Speaking to media personality KMJ, the award‑winning artiste disclosed that he sold both his car and his wife’s car to help finance the highly anticipated event.
According to him, the decision was driven by conviction, faith and an unshakable belief in the vision behind the concert.
“Not just my wife's car, I sold my car as well,” he said.
MOG Music explained that the sacrifice was inspired by biblical examples of people who gave up valuable possessions in pursuit of God’s purpose. He referenced Isaac and other figures whose stories strengthened his resolve.
He added that his wife fully supported the decision and did not oppose it when he informed her about selling her car.
“My wife didn't challenge my decision. And it's a car I bought for her when she gave birth to our last born. It's a very beautiful car,” he said.
The couple agreed that if they truly believed in the divine mandate behind the concert, they had to be willing to make the necessary sacrifices to bring it to life.
MOG Music is set to headline the OVO Arena Wembley on August 22, 2026, marking one of the biggest international gospel events by a Ghanaian artiste.
The concert is expected to draw gospel lovers, members of the Ghanaian diaspora and audiences from across Europe for a powerful night of worship and live music.
