Kwesi Arthur Halts North America Tour Over Health Warning
Rapper Kwesi Arthur has postponed the North American leg of his Redemption Valley tour, revealing that he is dealing with health challenges that require him to step back from performing.
In a statement issued on July 16, 2026, he said the decision followed firm medical advice cautioning that continuing with the scheduled shows could endanger his health.
“For a while now, I’ve been dealing with a health issue, and despite my best efforts, my doctors have told me that moving forward with the tour right now would be reckless and dangerous to my health,” he said.
The affected concerts include stops in Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta. Despite the setback, Kwesi Arthur confirmed that his London show will proceed as planned.
He assured fans that new dates for the North American shows are being arranged, adding that all previously purchased tickets remain valid. Refund information will also be provided for fans unable to attend the rescheduled concerts.
Kwesi Arthur expressed gratitude to supporters for their patience and understanding, noting that he is eager to return to the stage at full strength once he fully recovers.
