Shatta Wale fan causes scene at High Court during Webkid bail hearing

A devoted fan of Ghanaian dancehall star Shatta Wale caused a stir at the High Court premises after being escorted out by security personnel for disrupting proceedings ahead of the bail hearing involving Webkid.

The fan, who arrived at the court carrying a placard with the inscription “Free Webkid”, reportedly defied repeated warnings from court security officers to stop playing loud music in the court.

Eyewitnesses say the supporter remained adamant despite several attempts by security personnel to restore order. The situation eventually escalated, prompting officers to escort him out of the premises to prevent further disruption.

While being led away, the visibly frustrated fan issued a stern warning, declaring, “You think you have the law, but the law will catch up with you.” His remarks quickly attracted the attention of bystanders and other supporters gathered at the court.

The incident occurred as supporters of Webkid assembled at the High Court to show solidarity ahead of the highly anticipated bail hearing. Some supporters carried placards and chanted slogans demanding his release, while security personnel maintained a strong presence to ensure order around the court premises.

Authorities have not indicated whether any further action will be taken against the fan following the incident. Meanwhile, attention remains focused on the outcome of Webkid's bail application as supporters continue to closely monitor developments in the case.
