Ghanaian fashion icon, Nana Akua Addo, is unhappy with actress Yvonne Nelson's unresponsiveness after being called out over resurfaced comments from 2017.

The old remarks had Yvonne criticising Ghanaian celebrities for focusing heavily on red carpet fashion instead of addressing challenges facing the local movie industry.

The feud reignited when Nana Akua questioned why red carpet culture was previously dismissed as vanity, but is now embraced.

Nana Akua Addo posted a picture in a sleek shiny leather dress with the back facing the camera captioned, “The comments are behind me / the culture is in front of me. And the leadership position remains occupied.”

The comment section had many questioning the once admired fashion queen why she is pressed in picking up a beef with Yvonne Nelson, whom many feels is unbothered about the feud.

Ing. Abban, under the comment section, expressed surprise at Nana Akua's reaction, saying, “But in all this, @yvonnenelson is not even giving you the attention you want. It is obvious she is way ahead of you.”

In response, Nana Akua Addo replied saying, “Shame has a way to play which is silence. You condemn something and now you're doing the same thing no be shame (sic).”

Shequeen_mendoza wrote, “Now you know your level. That YN will forever lead, even her breath trends, she doesn't force attention but easily gets it. Just give her, her flowers, she's the real niche, dey your lane make she dey her own. More is to come.”

Nana Akua, in reply wrote, “Kekekek, which level exactly!!! I will speak if I want to respectfully. Flowers, you play too much (sic).”
