Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has issued a strong warning to entertainment pundits and industry commentators who, according to him, continue to “tarnish” his image and misrepresent his intentions.

Speaking in a recent live session, Shatta Wale expressed frustration over what he describes as consistent disrespect from some voices in the entertainment space.

He clarified that he has not changed as people claim, but is rather following the voice of God, staying in his lane, and minding his business.

According to Shatta Wale, certain pundits deliberately provoke him for attention and attempt to paint a negative picture of his brand. He warned that if these attacks continue, he will be forced to retaliate.

“People think I’ve changed; I haven’t changed. I’m only following the voice of God, staying in my lane and minding my business. If they continue to tarnish my image and speak bad about my brand, I will beat them,” he cautioned.

The Melissa hitmaker added that he is tired of what he calls “nonsense in the industry” and will not hesitate to take action if the verbal attacks persist.

“Everyone should stay in their lane. If this disrespect continues, I will get people beaten, and I can promise them that, because that’s the only solution to this nonsense in this industry,” he stressed.
