Laryea Kingston unveiled at Hapoel Be'er Sheva
Ghana midfielder Laryea Kingston has been unveiled as Israeli Premier League side Hapoel Be'er Sheva's high profile player at a colourful ceremony.
The 31-year-old joined the club last week as a free agent after leaving Dutch side Vittese Arnhem in December last year.
He signed a two-year contract making it the third Israeli side Kingston has played for.
Kingston was given a rousing welcome by the club's supporters and quickly joined his new team-mates in pre-season.
The midfielder is expected to lead the club's charge of honours when the season starts.
He was linked with clubs all over the world but decided on a return to Israel where he previously played in 2003.
Kingston, who has also played in Libya, Russia, Holland and Scotland, insists he still has the ability to play at the top level as he returns to the Israeli premier division.
His move increases the rank of Ghanaian players at the club to four after Ibrahim Basit, James Bissue and Ibrahim Abdul Razak.
