Re: Blay-Miezah`s billions

This e-mail is written as a response to the June 26, 2009 article titled Blay-Miezah's Billions. More to the point, it is directed to what I know to be inaccurate information concerning Mr. Gregg Frazier.

My name is Charles Brown, and I have been a friend and business partner of Mr. Frazier for over 30 years.

Twenty five years ago Mr. Frazier was owner and operator of one of the two Minority owned Commodity Futures Trading firms in the country. This firm was awarded “Emerging Business of the Year status in the mid 1980s.

When I became aware of the Oman Ghana Trust Fund, I was highly skeptical. After all if the people who will directly benefit from the assets didn't care enough to move forward, then why should I.

After many conversations with Gregg, I became committed to the vision of working with the country of my ancestors for true financial independence. “If not now, When, If not us, who?”

I realized that the only reason I'm in this country is because the native Ghanaian ancestors could run a little faster than my ancestors. Like most cultures, success begins with recognizing and supporting the Motherland.

We ARE connected, like it or not. I have participated in conversations with Dr. Blay-Miezah, John Mitchell, Capt. Tsikata and others in locations as the Cayman Islands as well as London , England.

These conversations as well as the personalities convinced me that our course of action was very real. I can assure you that Mr. Frazier was NOT the driver for Dr. Blay-Miezah.

If he was, what was my purpose, Assistant Driver? Gregg Frazier's purpose is to assist the Republic of Ghana to secure what is rightfully theirs.

I know of John Robert Kells. I also know that if he could have legally acquired the rights and privileges of the Trust Fund, he would have done so eleven years ago when Ghana 's courts mistakenly thought that he owned Ghana 's money.

Fortunately Mr. Kells was uncerimounsly dismissed from the banks and in 2001 the Ghana Supreme Court realized a mistake of the lower court and reversed the courts decision, stating that Kells was a member of an unscrupulous team trying to steal Ghana 's money (words documented in Ghana's court records).

Why was the previous administration so hesitant in merely checking out if Mr. Frazier is telling the truth, yet still found time to go to the bank, EIGHT times with NO RESULT, using incorrect information?

Why is the author Mr. CalusVon Brazi so critical of Mr. Frazier?

If the password is already known by you or others (you know what I mean), I can assure you that the password is NOT the word original. It is however an original password.

Mr. Frazier is attempting to insure the present government does not go to the bank incorrectly, like the previous administration. He has both the password and code number and merely wants the Republic of Ghana to deal directly with the bank using the proper access channels., not as a middleman.

I find that when a person has little facts to support his position, he spends his time saying nothing of a positive nature. Negative words cause me to ask, what are your true intentions?

Let me direct this to Mr. Von Brazi. You don't know me. You don't know if I exist or have been encouraged to write this. At the same time I don't know you or your motives. What I do know is the words you write fill up paper but comes to NO viable conclusion.

If NO ACTION is taken to resolving the Oman Ghana Trust Fund issue, Ghana will continue to take a subservient role in the world, while others prosper with her assets!

In closing it should be made VERY clear that the money was never owned by Dr. Blay-Miezah, or John Robert Kells, but rather it is the property of the People of Ghana. “Ghana, Are you comfortable with having others enjoy your resources while you sit in the dark”?
