Ateko Antwi III Attends Thanksgiving Service to Climax His Enstoolment

The newly enstooled chief, **Nana Ateko Antwi III**, has marked the successful completion of his enstoolment rites with a solemn thanksgiving service, bringing together traditional authorities, clergy, family members, and well-wishers in a celebration of faith, unity, and cultural heritage.

On Sunday 26th July 2026, the Amoakade family of Pese and Gyakiti led by Abusuapaynin Akoto joined Center For Christ Mission Church International at Achimota Abofu to thank God for a successful enstoolment of Nana Ateko Antwi III.

The thanksgiving service, held after the traditional enstoolment ceremonies, served as an opportunity to express gratitude to God for a peaceful transition of leadership and to seek divine wisdom, strength, and guidance for the new chief as he assumes his responsibilities.

The event was attended by an array of distinguished guests, including traditional rulers from neighboring communities, government officials, religious leaders, youth groups, and residents, all of whom gathered to offer prayers and support for Nana Ateko Antwi III.

In his address, Nana Ateko Antwi III expressed heartfelt appreciation to the kingmakers, elders, family members, and the entire community for the confidence reposed in him. He pledged to lead with humility, integrity, and fairness while working tirelessly to promote peace, unity, and sustainable development within the traditional area.

Traditional leaders who attended the service including Wofa Kofi Ansah ,Abrewa Antwiwaa,J.K. and others congratulated Nana Ateko Antwi III on his successful enstoolment and urged him to work closely with the council of elders to strengthen the institution of chieftaincy. They also emphasized the importance of safeguarding the customs and traditions that have long defined the identity of the people.
