South Sudan struggles to unite armed forces under peace deal

South Sudan's warring sides partially formed a transitional government last Saturday, with the swearing-in of vice presidents from various opposition parties. But a crucial part of the 2018 peace deal, which includes uniting the armed forces, is yet to be completed. Now some troops are abandoning their camps because of poor conditions.
