Youth vote, and weather, expected to affect UK poll turnout

While there are 45 million people registered to vote in the UK election, not all are expected to turn out to vote, and the wet weather might play a role. Contrary to popular opinion, a study by Reading University showed voter numbers actually increase by 4% when it rains on polling day.
