Turkey, Russia reach deal for YPG move out of Syria border area

Turkey and Russia have reached a deal to clear out Kurdish-backed fighters from northern Syria. Ankara launched an offensive in the area last week, but suspended that operation following a US-brokered ceasefire. Al Jazeera's Step Vaessen reports from Sochi, Russia.
