Erdogan warns Kurds as Syria ceasefire gets off to rocky start

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned the offensive in northeast Syria will resume "within minutes" if Kurdish rebels do not abide by the terms of the five-day ceasefire. The truce is largely holding, despite both sides accusing each other of violations.
