Queen Elizabeth II opens Parliament as Brexit looms

Britain's Queen Elizabeth II has outlined her government's agenda during the official state opening of Parliament. Boris Johnson's cabinet has stressed the importance of leaving the EU by the deadline of October 31 but with a minority government, it's unlikely Parliament will pass any of the proposals mentioned in the speech.
