Roads and Highways Minister Governs Kwame Agbodza has given contractors on the Accra-Kumasi Bypass until the end of August to return to site or indicate that they are no longer interested in the project.
The Minister says outstanding compensation issues are expected to be addressed, while the project's estimated cost has risen from GH¢1.9 billion to nearly GH¢6 billion.
