DVLA to Print Driver’s Licences at All Offices Across Ghana

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) says all its offices across Ghana will soon begin printing driver's licences as part of its decentralisation programme.
The move is aimed at reducing the months-long and, in some cases, year-long delays faced by applicants.
DVLA CEO Julius Neequaye Kotey says instant printing will initially be available for replacement cards, while new applicants will still have to complete the full three-month licensing process.
The announcement was made at the commissioning of a new DVLA office at Amrahia in the Adenta Municipality.
