Bolga Girls SHS Could Face Further Sanctions Over Abuse Case — Akoto Boafo

Godfred Akoto Boafo has criticised the management of Bolga Girls Senior High School over its handling of the sexual abuse of a 14-year-old autistic student by two watchmen on the school's premises.
According to Akoto Boafo, the manner in which the case was handled did not comply with the Ghana Education Service (GES) guidelines for dealing with such incidents.
He says he expects further sanctions against the school over its handling of the matter, raising concerns about institutional responsibility, student protection and adherence to established procedures.
