Woman arrested for allegedly plotting New York State Capitol attack

The FBI says it foiled an alleged terror plot targeting the New York State Capitol in Albany after authorities say a 35-year-old woman purchased bomb-making materials from a hardware store and pledged allegiance to ISIS.
