Are the Middle East's two biggest military powers heading for a dangerous clash? | DW News

They've never fought a war directly. But Israel and Turkey are now competing for influence in Syria. This week, that rivalry escalated after Israel attacked an airbase it said Turkey was preparing to use. Turkey says Israel is making excuses.
