Ukraine's dwindling air defenses and intensified Russian missile attacks are forcing more Kyiv residents to spend their nights in metro stations for safety. In the heavily targeted Lukianivska district, market traders continue working despite the risks, while families whose homes have been damaged by strikes seek shelter underground, highlighting the daily toll of the war on civilians and children.
