Black Stars’ Best Domestic Player to Get $38,000 Car – Kurt Okraku
Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku has announced that the Accra Hearts of Oak goalkeeper will receive a brand-new car as the Best Domestic Player in the Black Stars.
The award, valued at US$38,000, follows the goalkeeper's impressive performances for Ghana at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where the Black Stars progressed beyond the knockout stage for the first time since 2010.
The announcement was made during the 2026 GFA Ordinary Congress at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
