Flood Aftermath: Zoomlion Begins Cleanup And Disinfection In Western Region

Zoomlion Ghana Limited has begun a fumigation and disinfection exercise in the Western Region, targeting communities hardest hit by recent floods.

The exercise, being undertaken as part of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility, started in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis and the Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipality.

The intervention is aimed at helping reduce health and sanitation risks in flood-affected communities following the recent flooding.

Zoomlion says the exercise will be extended to the other 12 Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in the Western Region to ensure that more affected communities benefit.
